Dato’ Zainal Azman Bin Abu Seman
Independent Non-Executive Chairman
Dato’ Zainal Azman Bin Abu Seman was appointed to our Board on 16 August 2024. He holds a Diploma in Plantation Industry and Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA, a Bachelor of Science (Agribusiness) from Universiti Pertanian Malaysia, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic and Security Studies from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He has also completed executive programmes in India, Australia, and Singapore.
He began his career in the public sector, serving in various capacities across the National Security Council, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Agriculture, and MITI. He held senior roles including Deputy Director General of Public Service (Operations), Secretary General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, and State Secretary of Perak.
Dato’ Zainal brings extensive experience in policy, trade, agriculture, and public sector transformation, with a track record in strategic planning, industry development, and national economic programmes.
Managing Director
Teoh Han Boon was appointed to our Board on 2 January 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Science with
First Class Honours in Marine Science from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He has over 28 years of experience in the aquaculture industry.
He began his career at Penshrimp Sdn Bhd as a Technical Executive before joining Natural Adept Sdn Bhd as a Director, shareholder and Farm Manager, where he managed daily operations and pond system development. He later held senior roles at Cargill Feed Sdn Bhd, including Business Development Manager, where he led shrimp feed expansion in Malaysia.
In 2009, he co-founded Camaroe Aquaculture and assumed the role of Managing Director, overseeing prawn farming operations and providing strategic direction. He later co-founded WTU Aqua and was appointed Managing Director in 2016. He also became Managing Director of Wynntech Star and Farmerex in 2017, where he continues to lead the group’s aquaculture strategy, farm productivity, and business growth.
Teoh Han Boon
Executive Director
Low Saw Cheng was appointed to our Board on 2 January 2024. She holds a Diploma in Computer Science from INTEC Education College and brings over 20 years of experience in administration, finance, and human resource management.
She began her career in the finance and HR functions of MBF Finance Berhad and Khind Industries Sdn Bhd, where she managed payroll, recruitment, accounts, and loan processing. After a career break, she co-founded Camaroe Aquaculture in 2009 and assumed the role of Finance Director.
She was later appointed Finance Director of Farmerex in 2017, and in 2022, of both Wynntech Star and WTU Aqua. Across these roles, she oversees day- to-day financial operations, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance for the Group.
Low Saw Cheng
Independent Non-Executive Director
Tan Yiing Fung was appointed to our Board on 17 April 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Leeds and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2012.
She began her legal career at Messrs. Teh & Lee, where she specialised in equity and debt transactions, corporate restructuring, and commercial law. In 2021, she joined Messrs.
CY Poon & CM Lim as a Partner, where she currently leads the Kuala Lumpur branch and focuses on corporate, conveyancing, and banking law, with a particular emphasis on venture capital and private funds.
She also serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the boards of several public-listed companies, including West River Berhad, Aldrich Resources Berhad, Malaysian Genomics Resource Centre Berhad, and Manforce Group Berhad.
Tan Yiing Fung

Seah Cheong Wei was appointed to our Board on 16 August 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Otago, New Zealand, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Heriot-Watt University, United Kingdom. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
He began his career in audit at Deloitte Kassim Chan and later held audit and managerial roles at A. Razak & Co, AB Management Sdn Bhd, and LKW & Co. In 2002, he co-founded SCW & Co., an accounting and secretarial firm, and later established SCW, an audit firm, where he currently serves as Audit Partner. He also founded SL Tax Services, where he is the current Tax Partner.
He previously served as Independent Non-Executive Director of RGT Berhad and currently sits on the board of Metro Healthcare Berhad.
Seah Cheong Wei
Independent Non-Executive Director
Kho Zhen Qi was appointed to our Board on 17 April 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Master of Business Administration (with Distinction) from the University of Malaya. She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2013.
She began her legal career at Justin Voon Chooi & Wing, assisting in dispute resolution and litigation matters. In 2016, she joined Ng, Gan & Partners as a Partner, where she currently oversees the firm’s operations and handles civil and commercial litigation, corporate and banking disputes, industrial relations, and construction matters.
She currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of MN Holdings Berhad and West River Berhad.
